TgWsProxy runs a local MTProto proxy for Telegram directly on your iPhone. Download the TgWsProxy IPA — it isn't on the App Store, so builds.io installs it directly.

Instead of pointing Telegram at somebody else's proxy server, the app hosts the endpoint on the device itself, so your traffic doesn't pass through a third party. Point Telegram at the local proxy and it connects through it.
